Interviewing Candidates
Once the hiring process begins, you will receive carefully curated maid biodata from our consultants, who will follow up with you for feedback. This is a great opportunity to further clarify your requirements or seek guidance on how to assess each candidate.
At this stage, our consultants will handle all arrangements for interviews with your shortlisted candidates. Interviews may be conducted virtually or in person (for clients eligible under the Advance Placement Scheme). The process is repeated and refined until the choices are narrowed down and you find the ideal domestic helper for your family.

Selecting and Settling In Your Domestic Helper
Once you’ve chosen a candidate who meets your requirements, our consultants will assist with all the necessary paperwork to complete the hiring process. This includes applying to the Ministry of Manpower, submitting supporting documents for the Work Permit, arranging compulsory medical checkups, and preparing the maid’s medical and health insurance as well as the security bond. The process can be complex, but our consultants guide you step by step to ensure everything is handled correctly.
For first-time maids in Singapore, we also help arrange a Settling-In Programme (SIP), which may include cooking classes, first aid training, and more, tailored to your family’s needs. The best part? Most, if not all, of these training courses are provided at no cost. In cases where there are nominal fees for additional classes, our consultants will inform you in advance, so there are no surprises.
